Fabulous ribs. I couldn't taste any smoke (perhaps they're roasted), but delicious none-the-less. The spice rub was perfect and flavorful. One of the least greasy rack of ribs I've ever had...simply fantastic.

This is a great place for BBQ in Eureka. The ribs usually fall off the bone, and theres usually some sports show playing on the TVs. Excellent!
